TrueWorks Collective – Volunteer Media Consent
By participating in any TrueWorks Collective program, event, or activity, you acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured for the purpose of documenting and promoting the mission and work of TrueWorks Collective.
You grant TrueWorks Collective and its representatives the right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute these images and recordings — including your likeness, voice, and statements — in any and all media formats now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to websites, social media, printed materials, and promotional publications, without compensation or further permission.
All media captured shall remain the property of TrueWorks Collective. You release and hold harmless TrueWorks Collective, its staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability arising from the use of such materials.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please inform a TrueWorks Collective representative in writing before participating in any activity.
